Research centred on contemporary smartphone design, camera module construction, and anodised metal finishes. References focused on how matte aluminium catches directional light, how lens coatings shift colour at different angles, and how tight panel gaps and machined edges read at macro distances.
The composition uses a dark, controlled environment to push attention onto the product's edges and surfaces. A warm metallic body against deep shadow creates contrast and depth, while tight crops on the camera array highlight precision in the smallest details. Lighting was kept directional to define form without flattening the finish.

The model was built with clean topology suitable for high-resolution close-ups. Materials were tuned for accurate anodised metal, realistic lens glass with subtle internal reflection, and crisp edge highlights. Lighting setups were iterated to maintain a premium studio look across both wide and macro compositions.
